Zhuji Fengze Power Machinery Co., Ltd., founded in 2003 and starting from a 32㎡ garage, has always adhered to the corporate values of "Harmony, Rigor, Progress, and Innovation." The company is committed to building its proprietary "Fengze" brand, guided by a high-quality-oriented approach, and pursues the development vision of "Empowering Chinese equipment, serving global energy." Fengze Power specializes in providing high-quality thermal expansion solutions for energy engineering. Its products cover 28 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions across China, and are exported to Europe, Africa, South America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and other regions. With dozens of successful application cases involving nearly one hundred CFB units in the 300–700MW class, the company is dedicated to becoming a premier supplier and technical service provider for energy engineering sectors including coal-fired power, gas power, petrochemicals, environmental protection, and metallurgy.
The company is located in the beautiful hometown of Xishi — Zhuji City, Zhejiang Province. It boasts professional expansion joint production lines and testing equipment, with a garden-style standard factory covering over 10,000 square meters. The company currently has 35 employees, including 23 technical workers and 8 R&D and quality control personnel, and has pre-built a 500㎡ R&D center. It has filed over 40 national patent applications, with more than 30 granted, including 26 utility model patents, 4 invention patents for coal-fired power expansion joints, and 2 invention patents for gas turbine expansion joints (00/01). Its products have passed two scientific and technological achievement appraisals — one by the Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering (CSEE) and one by the China Machinery Industry Federation (CMIF).
The company has been awarded numerous honors, including "National High-Tech Enterprise," "First Prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award — Major Technology R&D and Application Unit," "First Prize of China Electric Power Technology Progress Award," "Zhejiang Provincial SME Science and Technology Enterprise," "Specialized and Sophisticated Enterprise," and "Zhuji City Scale Enterprise." It has obtained certifications including ISO9001 (Quality Management System), ISO14001 (Environmental Management System), ISO45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System), AAA Credit Rating, 5-Star After-Sales Service System, and CE. The company is currently participating in the drafting of the non-metallic expansion joint industry standard led by the China Electricity Council. Annual R&D investment remains above 5% of sales revenue, continuously strengthening product technology advantages to provide users with more reliable technical support and application services.
Key projects successfully applying the company's products include: World's first 600MW supercritical CFB unit (Sichuan Baima), 660MW supercritical CFB unit (Su-Jin Pingshuo), 660MW ultra-supercritical CFB unit (Shaanxi Coal Binchang), 700MW high-efficiency ultra-supercritical CFB unit (Yuntou Honghe), China's first overseas exported 1,000MW unit (Indonesia Cilacap), China's first dual "H" gas turbine power plant (Huadian Zengcheng), China's domestically developed G50 heavy-duty gas turbine test stand and commercial units, as well as multiple F/H (J) class gas turbine units.
